Joseph Darder - Uquillas

CrossFit/Q4 Coach/Oly

Joseph "Joe" is originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina where he started CrossFit and Weightlifting to get better at baseball. He fell in love with lifting heavy things and helping people reach new goals in life and the gym.

Becca Fernandez



Becca Fernandez is an avid marathon runner and has completed over 15 marathons. She added CrossFit to her training regime in 2013. Becca began practicing Astanga yoga in college and has taught yoga classes for both children and adults.  Becca's favorite CrossFit workouts are metcons, especially if there is a 400 meter "break" in the middle.

Michael Armour

Olympic Weightlifting Intern

Michael has a passion for fitness and motivating people. Like most kids, growing up, he played a variety of youth sport and loved the competition, Track, Baseball, and Basketball). As an adult, this led him to Crossfit and Olympic lifting. Michael fulfills his two passions through coaching and motivating people through their fitness journey. Michael started Crossfit four years ago and Olympic weightlifting three years ago under the guidance of Nancy Fernandez. He plans to gain his USAW Sports Performance Coach certification in 2020 and inspire his daughter to pursue fitness as a way of life.

Seth Duncan

CrossFit/Q4 Coach

Seth began living a CrossFit lifestyle in 2017. He has always had a passion for helping others and encouraging people to be the best version of themselves. After 6 years of being a nurse, he realized he wanted to find a way to help people progress through the full spectrum of health and fitness, not just recover from major illness. Turns out, coaching CrossFit was the perfect way to do that! His favorite part of being a coach is watching our athletes achieve things that they didn’t think they were capable of. His philosophy is that CrossFit helps you achieve your full potential, not just in fitness, but in all aspects of life.

Steven Ricard

CrossFit/Q4 Coach/Nutrition Coach

Steven grew up as a multi-sport athlete (baseball, swimming, soccer, tennis, and football), but saw his health and activity levels take a nosedive after graduating college and moving into the corporate world. After a scare landed him in the emergency room in 2011, he committed to turning his health back around. Ten years later, he’s learned just how important proper nutrition, regular weight training, and cardio are, and is excited to share that knowledge and help others along their own journeys.
